The Service

social.fluxx is a comment-to-DM automation tool for Instagram Business accounts: it matches keywords on your Instagram posts, reels, Story replies, and DMs, and sends automated private replies via Instagram's official API, along with related features (tracked links, campaign management, workspaces, and an inbox).

Eligibility And Account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You must own or have authorization to manage the Instagram Business account(s) you connect. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and for keeping your account and billing information accurate.

Instagram / Meta Compliance

The service operates through Meta's official Graph API. Your use of the service is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Instagram's Terms of Use, and Meta's Community Standards. You are responsible for the content of your campaigns, keywords, and automated messages, and for ensuring they comply with Meta's policies and applicable law.

We may suspend or disable a campaign or account if it violates Meta's policies, risks Meta API access for other customers, or violates these terms. We are not responsible for actions Meta takes against your Instagram account as a result of your use of automation.

Subscription And Billing

The service is billed by tier (see our Pricing page for current rates and automation limits), billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Referral Program

Referring other businesses to social.fluxx may earn you a reward, depending on the reward type assigned to your workspace (free months, a fee reduction, or revenue share) — visible on your Referrals page. Reward type and rates are set at our discretion and may vary between workspaces and change prospectively; changes do not affect rewards already earned. Our revenue-share reward (“Power Partner” status) has its own separate Power Partner Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms of Use for workspaces participating in that program.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or spam messages; harass, mislead, or impersonate any person or business; violate applicable law, including data protection or anti-spam law; attempt to circumvent Meta's rate limits or API usage policies; reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or white-label the service without our written consent; or interfere with the service's infrastructure, security, or availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Message delivery is subject to Meta's own rate limits (currently up to 750 private replies/hour per connected account) and Meta's API availability, which are outside our control.

Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dugar Impex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
