Power Partner Terms

Eligibility

Referring other businesses to social.fluxx may earn you a reward, depending on the reward type assigned to your workspace (free months, a fee reduction, or revenue share) — visible on your Referrals page. Reward type and rates are set at our discretion and may vary between workspaces and change prospectively; changes do not affect rewards already earned.

Power Partner status (revenue-share reward) may be offered to workspaces that have referred 10 or more paying customers, at a percentage we set (up to 50% of the gross amount we collect from each referred customer's payment, for as long as that customer remains subscribed). Reaching the referral threshold makes a workspace eligible for consideration; it does not automatically grant Power Partner status, which is activated at our discretion.

The Power Partner program is currently available to India-based accounts only.

Payouts And Tax

Approved revenue-share earnings are paid out monthly, on the 1st: an earning from a charge on or before the 25th of a month is due the next 1st, and an earning from a charge on the 26th or later rolls to the 1st after that. Payouts are made by us directly (bank transfer or UPI) and require valid payout details on file. Under Indian tax law (Section 194H), once your cumulative commission in a financial year crosses ₹20,000, TDS applies — 2% with a valid PAN on file, and payout is withheld until a PAN is provided if it is not.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate referral rewards, including Power Partner status, for fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity, or for a referred workspace's subscription being cancelled or refunded.
