Refund Policy
All subscription payments to social.fluxx, operated by Dugar Impex, are final and non-refundable.
No Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to all billing periods, including the first month, renewal charges, and mid-cycle cancellations. No partial refunds or credits are issued for unused time.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current or any prior billing period. You retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, make an exception in cases of a proven duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a billing system error on our part. This is not a right and is evaluated case by case.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at fluxx.contactus@gmail.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
